Refund policy

We have a 90-day money back guarantee policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve refunded you. You will receive the refund on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@somabody.co.

 

Order Cancelations and Address Changes
Orders cannot be canceled or changed once they have been shipped. If you made a mistake please contact us ASAP, and we will try our best to update your order. If you cannot pick the unit up from the original address, the carrier will attempt to deliver up to 3 times and then hold your package at the closest Post Office. If you cannot pick it up there, it will be sent back to our warehouse.
